Accrual Date: From date of death
Notes: In instances where death is not an instantaneous result of an action committed by the party at fault, but where death does eventually result from that a action, a legal action brought by an executor or administrator to recover damages cannot be brought more than five years from the date of the wrongful act or omission that led to the eventual wrongful death.
