Pedestrian Struck, Killed by Tow Truck on Lamberton Street Intersection
At around 1 AM, Thursday, April 8th, a tow truck traveling on Ella T. Grasso Boulevard struck and killed a pedestrian. The tow truck driver remained at the scene until authorities arrived. The pedestrian was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital and was pronounced dead.
The NHPD Accident Reconstruction Team is still investigating the accident and the New Haven Police Department is asking any witnesses to give them a call at 203-946-6316.
